　Samsung Semiconductorは同社の公式Twitterにて18日、“Ultimate SSD”(究極のSSD)を謳う次世代SSD製品の投入を予告した。

　予告ツイートでは製品名や詳細な仕様について言及していないが、あわせて公開した映像にはM.2 SSDのようなものが登場している。一部報道によれば、PCI Express 5.0対応のM.2 SSD「990 PRO」が投入されるとみられている。
