Twitterは、タイムラインの自動更新によって読んでいる最中のツイートが表示されなくなる問題について、すでに把握しているとし、今後2カ月で表示方法について更新すると発表した。
TwitterのWeb版では、一定のタイミングで最新のツイートを表示する自動更新機能がある。常に最新の情報をチェックしたいユーザーには好適だが、まだ読んでいる最中のツイートが自動更新によって流れてしまう可能性がある。これは体験を損ねるとして、修正する意向を示した。
